When you submit artwork to Pack Edge Printing, you certify that you own the rights to all content, including text, imagery, logos, and trademarks. You agree not to include any third-party copyrighted material unless you have express written permission.
The customer bears full responsibility for the context and legality of the information printed on their packaging. Pack Edge Printing will not be held liable for content errors, typos, or material that is deemed unlawful or offensive.
To ensure a smooth production cycle, our workflow follows these stages:
We utilize advanced printing technology to match your design files as closely as possible. However, due to the inherent limitations of the CMYK printing process, monitor calibrations, and different material surfaces (e.g., Kraft vs. Corrugated), we cannot guarantee 100% color matching or ink density. Variations between digital proofs and physical products are to be expected.
To achieve high-quality results, all submitted files should meet the following requirements:
Once a digital proof is approved by the customer, the order moves directly to production. Any modifications requested after approval may incur additional costs and production delays. We reserve the right to refuse orders that do not meet our technical standards or contain inappropriate content.
Pack Edge Printing uses premium materials, including Cardboard, Kraft, Corrugated, and Rigid boards. While we maintain high standards, the final performance of the packaging can be influenced by environmental factors, handling, and storage conditions once the product leaves our facility.
All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Production begins only after receiving full payment, which includes the product cost, applicable taxes, and shipping fees. Accepted Payments: Major Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
We aim for a standard turnaround of 6 to 8 business days; however, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Pack Edge Printing is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the client. Please see our full Shipping Policy for more details.
While we strive for exact quantities, industry standards allow for slight variations in the final count. We typically include a few extra units at no charge. To ensure you have the exact amount needed for your project, we recommend ordering 5% to 10% more than your minimum requirement.
You agree to indemnify and hold Pack Edge Printing, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or legal expenses arising from your breach of these terms or the content of your printed materials. Our services are provided on an “as-is” basis, and our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific order in question.
